Abstract

AI has achieved a paradigm shift from "data-driven" to "intention-driven", through automated data engineering and natural language interaction (NL2SQL), breaking through the technical barriers and achieving technological democratization. When AI demonstrates complex logical reasoning capabilities beyond those of human experts, the core of workplace competitiveness has shifted from mastering tool skills to strategic planning and decision-making depth in human-machine collaboration. The article emphasizes that in the face of the rapid iterative AI wave, individuals must maintain cognitive agility and maintain social competitiveness by establishing a symbiotic relationship between humans and machines.
