With the proliferation of cloud computing and increasing demand for scalable software applications, multi-tenant SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms have become essential. This research paper presents the design, architecture, and evaluation of a Multi-Tenant SaaS platform aimed at providing scalable, secure, and customizable application delivery for multiple clients. By using microservices, tenant-aware databases, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and role-based access control, the platform ensures efficient resource utilization, tenant isolation, and streamlined onboarding. Real-world testing in educational and small enterprise scenarios confirms the platform's scalability and data security features. This system is especially beneficial for organizations needing customized service experiences with shared infrastructure. Additionally, this paper includes an extended discussion on operational management, monitoring strategies, and a comparative analysis with other SaaS delivery models.
