: In the rapidly evolving landscape of online education, maintaining learner engagement and providing personalized feedback are key factors for academic success and student retention. Traditional learning management systems (LMS) often struggle to offer dynamic and insightful analytics, which can lead to decreased learner satisfaction and lower academic performance. To address these challenges, Virtu Learn introduces a cutting-edge e-learning platform that combines the power of the MERN stack for efficient and scalable application development with advanced machine learning techniques, such as K-Means and DBSCAN algorithms, to perform intelligent learner analysis. The platform utilizes these machine learning models to cluster student activity patterns, enabling educators to monitor student performance effectively, offer personalized recommendations, and identify at-risk learners early on. By integrating real-time analytics and intelligent feedback systems, Virtu Learn aims to provide a more interactive, responsive, and data-driven learning environment.
