Autonomous colleges in India possess the unique flexibility to design and implement tailored digital solutions that align with their specific academic and administrative needs. This research paper proposes a model for establishing integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystems within these institutions to achieve comprehensive digitization. The model encompasses the seamless integration of various modules, including academic management (student lifecycle, curriculum delivery, examinations), administrative functions (finance, human resources, admissions), and support services (library, alumni relations). The paper explores the key components of such an integrated ecosystem, the benefits of enhanced efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and improved stakeholder engagement, as well as the challenges in implementation and maintenance. Furthermore, it analyzes the role of emerging technologies like cloud computing, data analytics, and mobile applications in augmenting the capabilities of these integrated ERP ecosystems. The proposed model serves as a blueprint for autonomous colleges seeking to leverage digitization for academic excellence and operational effectiveness
